With your company goals now defined, it's time to harness the power of data. Tracking these goals will provide you with valuable insights into participant engagement, completion rates...etc

Step 1
Navigate to Administration from the top menu then select Learning Goals
Step 2
The learning goals dashboard lists all the goals that you have configured so far along with the following:
- Participants: Total number of learners that the goal has been assigned to
- Start Date: The Start Date of the learning goal
- End Date: The End Date of the learning goal
- Completion Rate: The % of learners who achieved/completed the goal
- Status: For more details about what each status/tab represents, please refer to the table below
- Actions: Click to view/edit the Goal's setup
Tip: Goals are assigned to learners based on the languages/frameworks they previously selected in Quests. If the user hasn't selected a language yet, or if the goal doesn't apply to their chosen languages/frameworks, it won't be assigned to them
Status | Description |
All | Shows all Learning Goals |
In Progress | Shows Goals that have been published, with an end date still in the future. |
Scheduled | Shows Goals that have been published with a future start date |
Finished | Shows Goals that have gone past the end date set by the admin and are no longer visible to learners |
Archived | Shows Goals that have been archived by the Admin.

My drafts | Shows Goals that are in a draft state and have not been published yet |
