What data is available in the Engagement Insights report
This dashboard allows you to track:
- New Learners - The total number of learners who have been Enabled during the time period selected. Learners who were invited but have not completed their registration are excluded.
- Active Learners - The total number of learners who have performed a learning activity during the time period selected. An activity doesn't have to be completed to count.
- Enabled Learners -This is the current count of learners with the Enabled status. It doesn't change based on the timeframe selected.
- Active Learners Over Time - See how the number of Active Learners has changed over the timeframe selected.
- Last Learning Activity - See how recently all the currently Enabled Learners have completed their last learning activity.
- Time Spent on Learning Activities - See a breakdown of how much time your learners have spent in each module of the Secure Code Warrior platform during the timeframe selected.
- List of Learners - See and export a list of all learners who have engaged with the Secure Code Warrior platform during the timeframe selected, and see how much time they have spent in each module.
(Many sections of the report have an ℹ️ explaining what the different metrics show in detail.)
TIP: Time Spent isn't everything! While it can serve as a high-level indicator of where and how learners are engaging with the platform, the quality of the time spent is important too. Consider drilling into the more specific reports to better understand strengths, weaknesses and measures for your learners.
How is deleted/removed data handled
- If a user is deleted, their data will be removed from the Engagement Insights report.
- If a user is disabled, they will remain counted in the engagement measurements (eg: Time Spent) from when they were enabled.
