Cybermon 2025 – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
   
   Secure Code Warrior Ltd (company no. 08559432), Ironstone House, 4 Ironstone Way, Brixworth, Northampton NN6 9UD, United Kingdom (“SCW”).
    
2. Promotion period
   
   Entries open 06 Oct 2025 00:01 UTC and close 31 Oct 2025 23:59 UTC (“Campaign Period”). The draw will be held within 14 days from the  end of the Campaign Period.
    
3. Eligibility
   Campaign participation: Any individual with access to the Secure Code Warrior platform, including prospects on trial instances, partners, and other invitees, may take part in the Cybermon 2025 challenges and earn digital badges. 
   
    
4. Prize-draw eligibility: Entry into the Cyberhero Prize Draw is restricted to current paying Secure Code Warrior customers. To qualify, the entrant must be an employee (or individual contractor acting on behalf) of an organisation that:
   • holds an active, paid SCW subscription throughout the Campaign Period; and
   • has not otherwise been excluded under these Terms.
5. Prospects, trial users, resellers, partners, sponsors, and their employees are not eligible to receive a prize.
    
   • Open to natural persons aged 18 or over who, during the Campaign Period, earn the Cyberhero badge (by completing all four weekly Cybermon challenges) or the Cyberhero Prime badge (by completing all four weekly Cybermon and Prime challenges) on the SCW Platform.
      
   • Employees (and their immediate family) of SCW, SCW group companies, partners, resellers and agencies are ineligible to win a prize.
      
   • An individual’s participation must not breach any employment or local laws; entrants are responsible for confirming their own eligibility. Void where prohibited.
      
6. Automatic entry
   
   Eligible entrants are entered into the draw automatically; no additional purchase or registration is required.
   • Cyberhero status = 1 entry
   • Cyberhero Prime status = 2 entries
      
7. Prizes
   
   Winners will each receive one mechanical keyboard (approx. retail value USD $120).

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. SCW may, in its discretion  substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
 

8. Winner selection & notification
   
   Winners are chosen at random using a computer-generated draw from all eligible entries. SCW will notify winners by the email address linked to their SCW account within five (5) business days of the draw. Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of notification (providing a delivery address and any other required details). If unclaimed, the prize may be awarded to a reserve winner.
    

9. Delivery
   
   Prizes will be dispatched within thirty (30) days of receipt of valid claim. 

SCW is not liable for any taxes, duties, or other costs beyond standard shipping.
 

10. Publicity
    
    Winners’ names and organisations may be announced on SCW’s website and associated SCW social media channels, and all entrants, provided the winner consents. By accepting a prize, winners agree to reasonable publicity.
     

11. Privacy
    
    Personal data is processed to administer the draw and, where consent is given, for marketing in line with SCW’s Privacy Policy.
     
12. Liability
    
    SCW accepts no responsibility for entries not received, lost, or delayed, or for any loss or damage arising from acceptance or use of a prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
     

13. General
    
    SCW reserves the right to: (a) verify eligibility; (b) disqualify any entrant acting fraudulently or contrary to these T&Cs; (c) amend or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
