Company Admins can now configure single sign-on (SSO) through a guided self-service workflow. Admins can validate their configuration before saving, helping them complete setup with more confidence and less back-and-forth.

How to Access:
If your company has SSO self-service enabled, go to your authentication settings and follow the guided setup flow. Use the built-in Test Connection step to validate your configuration before saving.
New Navigation and Trust Agent Reports Experience
What's New:
A refreshed navigation experience makes it easier to find learning and reporting tools. Learning Reports now sit in the left navigation, and a new Trust Agent entry provides direct access to a dedicated Trust Agent Reports page.

How to Access:

What's New:
Quest reporting now includes dedicated quiz metrics to help admins better understand learner comprehension. New reporting measures include quiz accuracy, average attempts to pass, and quiz prep rate across quests, topics, and learners.

What's New:

AI Challenges Fully Translated in Supported Languages
What's New:
Challenge: AI activities are now fully translated into all supported spoken languages, including French, Spanish, German, Korean, Japanese, and both Simplified and Traditional Chinese. Learners automatically see translated content based on their selected profile language.

How to Access:
Learners only need to select their preferred supported language in their profile. Translated Challenge: AI content will then appear automatically, including activity descriptions in Explore.
Count Past Completions in Quests
What's New:
Admins and Team Managers can now choose whether previous learner activity counts toward Quest completion. They can require learners to redo all content or allow recent completions within a selected timeframe to count.

• Supports more flexible learning program design
• Helps balance reinforcement needs with learner efficiency
How to Access:
When configuring a Quest, use the completion settings to choose whether past completions should count and define the applicable timeframe.
Toggle Off Security Awareness in Quests
What's New:
Admins can now disable the Security Awareness language mode for learners in Quests. When disabled, learners can no longer select that mode, and anyone previously using it is prompted to choose a language again at their next login.

How to Access:
Admins can update the relevant Quest setting to turn off Security Awareness mode for learners.
