Who needs to be added to the Tournament Admin list?

The Tournament Admin list should include anyone that needs the ability to make changes to tournament parameters or invite other users. This could be a team lead or someone helping to manage tournaments across multiple locations. 

Anyone in your organization with tournament admin status can then make changes and update any tournament you’ve created.
