How to Set-up a Course Badge?

Course badges are a fun way to reward developers for completing their assigned courses. They can be used to acknowledge developer achievements and recognize the time and effort put into their professional development.

Each Course can have a different badge associated with it, allowing participants to 'collect' all the different ones on offer.

This article will step you through adding a badge to your Course.

Step 1

Go to Guided Learning in the top menu, then click on Course Management

Step 2

Click Badge Manager to add a new badge or review existing ones you've used in the past

Step 3

Add a new badge by selecting the Add a Badge button.

Next, enter a name and description for the badge, then add your desired image. You can use any image for this, but we do recommend choosing something simple with a plain or transparent background. 

Once complete, click Save changes.
