How to remove an assessment attempt?

Note: Only Company Administrators and Team Managers can remove an assessment attempt.

As a Company Administrator or Team Manager, you might need to remove an assessment attempt for some developers because:

1. They've been invited to the wrong assessment

2. They started an assessment with one language and want to change to another language

Step  1

Navigate to Guided Learning on the top menu then click Assessments

Step 2 

Select the relevant assessment and this will direct you to Assessment details screen

Step 3 

Scroll down to the All attempts results for participants of this assessment section and search for the developer whose attempt needs to be removed

Once you've found the right developer, simply remove their attempt and let them know they can start the assessment again.
