Can CSV Management Be Used to Delete Users?

The short answer is No. CSV management can't be used to either delete or disable users. 


As an Administrator, you have multiple options to delete or disable users and maintain your data on the platform:

• Manage users manually via UI 
• Leverage our REST API  
• Leverage SCIM (Some IDPs only allow you to disable users. Please consult your IDP's documentation for information about available options when de-provisioning users.)
