If you didn't pass an assessment on the first attempt, that's okay! But you may also notice you can't re-take the assessment, either. There are a couple of reasons this could be happening:
- Your Company Administrator has not allowed retries on that particular Assessment
- Your Company Administrator has allowed retries, but there's a 'cooldown period' before you can try again
(Example: A user fails an assessment, but a retry is allowed after a cooldown period of 1 hour. The retry button will appear once the cooldown period has ended. The user will then able to retake the assessment.)
If you find yourself in this situation, double-check the assessment summary page to see if retries are allowed. You can also reach out to your Company Administrator for further discussion around retries.
Note: If the assessment has a passing score and you have already completed and passed it successfully, you will not be able to retake the assessment.
