If you didn't pass an assessment on the first attempt and find out you're not able to re-take it, there are a couple of reasons this could be happening:
- Your Company Administrator has not allowed retries on that particular Assessment.
- Your Company Administrator has allowed retries, but there's a 'cool down period' before you can try again.
(Example: User fails an Assessment. A retry is allowed after a cooldown period of 1 hour. The retry button will appear when the user is able to retry.)
If you find yourself in this situation, double-check the assessment summary page to see if retries are allowed. You can also reach out to your Company Administrator for further discussion around retries.
