How to download Assessment Certificate

When you complete and pass an assessment that has been configured to generate a certificate upon completion, you can log in to the platform and download the certificate at any time.

This article will walk you through the process of downloading the certificate step by step.

Step 1

Navigate to Guided Learning from the top menu then click Assessments

Step 2

Select the assessment. You can use the search functionality to find the assessment for which you want to download the certificate.

Step 3 

Select the successful attempt.

Tip: successful attempts have the word PASS written in green next to the score.

Step 4

Click on this certificate button to download the certificate.
