As an Administrator, you have the ability to change the SSO Error Message that users receive when an error occurs. By customising the message, you can to direct users to the appropriate person/team who can assist them.
If you would like to edit this message please see the steps below.
Step 1
Navigate to Administration from the top menu. Then select More --> Edit Company
Step 2
Scroll down to the "SSO Error Message" section and update the message. You can use the following HTML tags to format the message:
- <b>: Bold text
- <em>: Emphasize text
- <img>: Embed an image
Step 3:
Click Save Company
