When can users bypass SSO?

Users will be unable to bypass SSO if they use an email domain that is registered as an SSO email domain on the platform. If they use a different email domain, they will be able to bypass SSO and access the platform using their username and password.

If SSO is enabled, can a certain group of users access Secure Code Warrior without SSO?

This is definitely possible, as long as they use an email domain other than the SSO email domain.
