This feature allows Admins and team managers to reinvite users who may have missed the initial invitation email to join the platform. Users who have already accepted their invitation and activated their account won't receive the invitation email.
Bulk re-invites can be sent at both company and team levels:

Company Level: All users with "invited" status across the entire company regardless of which team they are on will be reinvited. Only company admins can reinvite users at the company level.
- Team Level: Only members of the selected team with "invited" status will be reinvited. This is useful if only a specific team needs to be reinvited, or if the Admin wants to target a particular group of users who haven't accepted the invitation yet. Team managers can only reinvite members of their own team.
IMPORTANT: Developers who have been sent an invite or re-invite within the last 7 days will be excluded from the list.
Now let's see how you can bulk re-invite users
Step 1
Navigate to Administration --> Platform Configuration and click the 'Bulk re-invite' button to reinvite all users across the entire company.
To invite users at a team level, please select the team first then click the 'Bulk re-invite' button
Step 2
A message will pop up to show the total number of users that will be re-invited. Click the 'Yes, re-invite users' button to proceed.
Step 3
You will receive a confirmation message indicating that all email messages have been added to our queue for processing.
