Multi-company tournaments enable parent and subsidiary companies to streamline the process of creating and running uniform tournaments across their different brands/companies. There is no need to create separate tournaments for each.
How do I start a multi-company tournament?
Please reach out to our support team or your Customer Success Manager and they will walk you through the process.
Who has access to the tournament's results?
Each company administrator can only access the result of their own users. Data from other subsidiary companies will remain confidential and inaccessible.
How to access the tournament's results?
As a company administrator, you can access the result of your users via:

- Leverage our API to retrieve the tournament's results via the 'Get Tournament Leaderboard' endpoint or 'Search Tournament Leaderboard'
How can users participate in a multi-company tournament?
Users can access a multi-company tournament just like any other. No additional steps - no confusion. Multi-company tournaments have the "Special Event" label.

Will the leaderboard be anonymised?
The leaderboard will respect your company's anonymisation settings. If anonymisation is enabled for your company, the leaderboard will be anonymised and all users will be displayed anonymously.
If anonymisation is disabled for your company, you will be able to see the names of users from your company, but users from other companies will be displayed anonymously.
Can we run more than one multi-company tournament at the same time?
Yep, there is no limit on the number of tournaments you can run concurrently.
As an administrator, can I edit a multi-company tournament?
As an administrator, you can't change multi-company tournaments because these changes would impact all participating companies.
Note: If you believe there is an important change that needs to be made before the multi-company tournament goes live, please reach out to either our support team or your customer success manager.
Can a multi-company tournament be edited after going live?
Once the tournament goes live, only a very limited set of fields can be changed.
Can we make a multi-company tournament exclusive?
If you don't want the tournament to be accessible to all users across all brands, the tournament can be created with a join code that you can then share with specific users.
