What's blocking me from completing the mission?

When playing missions, you may come across steps where even if you have the correct answer it will not submit or be marked as complete, in some cases, you may have to upload a file or send a payload and the platform would show that the file is too large even if it is not or the payload won't send.

First off, this issue can occur for one of four reasons:

• The necessary URLs or domains aren't enabled by your company - more details about system requirements here 
• The mission is being blocked by your network.
• Some security agents (ex Zscaler) block certain missions.
• A browser extension or plugin is blocking the mission

To resolve this issue:

• Ensure that all required domains have been made accessible by the network, a list can be found here.
• Disable any extensions on plugins and try again.

Workarounds:

• Trying again in incognito mode, in most cases this will launch a browser with no extensions or addons enabled.
• If the issue is being blocked by the network or you are using a VPN that is blocking the mission, please try completing the challenge by connecting to a different network (such as your home network) or whilst not connected to the VPN.
