- The activity digest/summary report can be generated on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- It can be enabled for company-level and team-level which means only Campany Administrators and Team managers can receive this report.
What does it contain?
Training Activity:
- Time played
- Number of challenges played
- Delta (increase/decrease over the previous period)
It also provides a comparison of fellow active users with the average time, average challenges played, and top performers.
Assessment Activity:
- Active Assessments
- Pending invitations
- Completed Assessments
- Delta (increase/decrease over the previous period)
Onboarding Activity
- Total number of users
- New Users
- Active Users
- Recently Added
- Invited Users
- Delta (over/under the previous period)
How to enable the activity summary report.
Step 1
Click Administration on the top menu, then click Company Preferences
Step 2
Review all the available options and toggle them on or off to your preference.
Step 3
Scroll down and click the Save Preferences button
Note: The settings shown above are used as the default, but individuals can disable this email if needed. Refer to this article for more details.
How to manually generate the activity Summary report?
Step 2
A drop-down menu will appear allowing you to select a date range, along with a button allowing you to send the report.
