How do I get a list of all users along with their status and invitation date?

This article explains how to use the Developer Leaderboard export option to get a list of all your platform users, including their status, invitation date, member since date, last logged-in date, and more. 

You may want to use this option to help you determine how many users haven't completed their account activation versus how many have.

Note: This report includes an entry per user per language, so be sure to remove duplicate records before proceeding.

Step 1 

Navigate to Metrics from the top menu then select "Training leaderboards" 

Step 2 

Scroll down to Developer Leaderboard

Step 3 

Click the Export Leaderboard button

Step 4 

You'll receive a confirmation message that the CSV file is being generated and will be emailed when it's ready.

From the exported file, you can sort by status (Enabled, Disabled, Invited, Read-Only) to see which of your users are pending activation and check the invitation date.
