What Does the "Error Loading Content" Message Mean?

If you've ever received an "Error Loading Content" message when trying to view files while playing a challenge, we've got a few things you can try to fix it quickly. 

First off, this message can occur for one of two reasons:

• An ad-blocker or a plugin installed on your browser blocks some of our API calls 
• Your IT team has blocked files with certain extensions which might explain why you can't view them

To resolve this issue:

• Temporarily disable plugins or ad blockers installed on your browser
• If you're having trouble loading files with certain extensions, for example, .sh files, the IT team at your organization can help you unlock these files

Tip: As a quick workaround, you can try to complete the challenge using a different browser
