How Do I Check User Adoption?

Checking user adoption in the Secure Code Warrior® platform is an important part of life as a company administrator.

It can help you better understand the effectiveness of your training program and which areas might need a little work in order to make them more valuable to developers. 

There's a handy report that can shed some light on user engagement within the various platform modules (like Tournaments, Courses, and Assessments).

• How do I see which developers are logging in?
• How can I see which activities are most frequented?

Retrieve the Last Logged in Date

Start by clicking the Administration tab in the top menu, then click the Reports tab and download the Users report.

This report includes the following details:

• Email
• Role
• Team
• Tags
• Last Logged in
• Status

Export time spent on each module 

'Time Spent' exports are broken down by day and measure the time (in minutes) spent in each of the following platform modules:

• Learning Resources 
• Tournaments 
• Training
• Assessments 
• Courses

Step 1 

As a Company Administrator or Team Manager, select METRICS from the top menu then select "Training leaderboards" 

Step 2 

From the Export Leaderboard menu, click the Export time spent option.

Step 3

Select a date range then click Download

Step 4  

A CSV export will be generated with the following fields:

• Date
• First Name
• Last Name
• Email
• Team
• Tags
• Learning
• Tournaments
• Training
• Assessments
• Courses
