Programs Report

The Programs Report provides a breakdown of developers' progress in Programs. You'll see your most recently created Program by default. To change the data in the report, use the dropdown menu.

Currently, you can select one Program to include in the report at a time.

How to access the Programs Report

• Navigate to Metrics from the top menu
• Click Programs from the navigation bar on the left-hand side  

What data is available in the Program Report

This dashboard allows you to:

• Track the number of participants 
• Track the Overall program completion rate 
• Track completion overtime (last 3 months, last 6 months, last 12 months)
• Track and export participants along with their:
  
  • Completion status (Not started, In progress, and Completed)
  • Current level 
  • Last level attained
  • Date Completed
    
    (Many sections of the report have an ℹ️ explaining what the different metrics show in detail.)

How is deleted/removed data handled

• If a Program is deleted from the 'Manage Programs' screen, it will no longer be available in the Program Insights report selector.
• If participants are removed from a Program in the 'Courses' > 'Manage Participants' screen, their data will be removed from the relevant Program Insights report.
• If a user is disabled or deleted, their data will be removed from the relevant Program Insights report.

Currently, this report doesn't show which users completed a Course + Assessment as part of a Program level, and which ones just completed an Assessment. If this is important to you, please let us know!
