What to Expect: First 90 Days with Secure Code Warrior

The first 90 days of your contract at Secure Code Warrior will be oriented towards building and launching your secure coding program in order to deliver value to you and your developers. These first 90 days are split into three phases.

• Program Setup
• Program Refinement
• Program Launch
• Post 90 Days: Program Optimisation

Program Setup:

The Program Setup phase focuses on the key prerequisites for building your secure coding program. These actions include:

• Defining training goals and desired outcomes
• Setting up SSO and SCIM for user management
• Configuring training content in preparation for onboarding your initial cohort of developers

Program Refinement:

The Program Refinement phase helps you reflect on and refine your secure coding program before launching it to your entire developer population. This phase includes:

• Creating a communication plan to convey program goals and expectations
• Gathering feedback from the initial cohort
• Adjusting your program as necessary before your official launch

Program Launch:

The Program Launch phase encompasses the actual rollout of your secure coding program. This phase includes:

• Launching the program via a Town Hall or email announcement
• Enabling key integrations for contextual training and insightful reports
• Reviewing the accomplishments and challenges of the program to date in an Onboarding Review  

Post 90 Days: Program Optimisation

After the successful launch of your secure coding program, you will enter Program Optimisation with the support of your CSM. This phase will include working to increase adoption and engagement, integrating SCW more deeply into your ecosystem of developer tools, as well as providing meaningful reports to showcase the success of your program and general return on investment.
