Once a Tournament is over, collecting feedback from your participants is an important step. Doing this lets you gather information directly from your developers and can help to shape the direction of your security program.
Sending out a feedback survey is a great way to collect that information and it also gives your development teams a chance to share their thoughts about the Tournament as well as any suggestions they have for future improvements.

How to Collect Feedback
These are some methods we recommend to collect your feedback
- Typeform
- Google Forms
- Slack polls
Once you’ve gotten your results, take the opportunity to engage with your team by sharing and addressing some of the results. On top of creating transparency around the program, it also allows your team to see their feedback in action and to know that their opinions and suggestions are valued.
